MWRAF Strategic Plan workshop
A two-day workshop was held at the Renuka City Hotel Colombo on the 1st and 2nd of June, 2026 to develop a comprehensive, five-year strategic plan for MWRAF. Core directions, priorities and organizational implications for the period 2027-2031 were determined taking into consideration a review of it’s current strategy, stakeholder consultation inputs and institutional assessment findings.
Ms. Uma Narayanan, an independent consultant who specializes in human resources and organizational development, from Malaysia facilitated the process for the development of the Strategic Plan with the participation of the board of directors and staff of the head office and the field office.
