Organizational Assessment of MWRAF

A two-day workshop for an Organizational Assessment of MWRAF was held at Mandarina Colombo on the 9th and 10th of April 2026. The assessment was conducted through a participatory approach to critically examine MWRAF’s internal systems, capacities, and practices across core functional domains.

The board of directors, staff from the head office, as well as the East office, participated in this workshop facilitated by Ms. Sumadhu  Perera, Attorney-at-Law and consultant.

The self-assessment helped in identifying strengths and gaps of the organization and developing an Action Plan for strengthening the organization.
